Created for business / non-technical users, Informatica's On Demand product, in its infancy, targeted the new Salesforce user who needed to move data from spreadsheets to the Salesforce.com application. The On Demand product assisted the user on meeting the goal set forth by Salesforce - start with clean data and keep it clean - by allowing the user

• to extract data from their spreadsheets,
• cleanse the data using transformation if necessary, and
• load the data into Salesforce.com

I designed and guided the product's experience and offerings to include

• the data synchronization service,
• the integration of SaaS applications with several on premise systems, databases, endpoints, and integration plug-ins, and
• a new visual design
